On JUNE 24, 2010 we began a small "WRIGHT" family trip to Denver to see a Rockies game. Not everyone could come, Shantel had to stay in cedar for work, Damon and Corrine decided not to come because Corrine was pregnant and didn't want to have any complications and Chris didn't come because he couldn't get out of work. So we drove about 10 hours to Denver. I just talked to Chris and Chris was saying how there was a huge accident on 700 east and about 3900 south and life flight had to land. About 10 min later my brother Damon called. He was in tears saying the Corrine had been in a horrible accident around 11 am. A driver had crossed 6 lanes of traffic and hit her head on. Damon said she was life flighted to U of U. It took the police officers almost 3 hours to contact Damon because of their address was new and hard to find. So they finally found it and Damon wasn't there. So they went to a neighbors where they got his phone number. He recieved the sad call and immediately called family. He said he would keep us posted. So shortly after we arrived to our hotel room, Damon called again. He said that Corrine was in horrible condition and that there sweet little girl LIVI had died in the accident. We were all devistated. My parents quickly got in the car and drove the 10 hour drive home to be with Damon. Both Damons parents and Corrines parents were out of state, so we were lucky Chris was there to support him and my uncle Dale and aunt Tammy. It meant so much to him tell his and her parents arrived.
